One Account Per Person
Each individual may register only one account on the Seri333 platform. Duplicate accounts, created using another person's identity, or accounts used to circumvent any restriction will be suspended pending investigation.
Bonus & Promotion Rules
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before fulfilling wagering conditions, or exploiting promotions in bad faith, will result in bonus cancellation.

Prohibited Conduct

The Seri333 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Services. This requirement applies to all users regardless of geographic location. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform is accessible internationally; however, we reserve the right to restrict or block access from certain jurisdictions at any time in our sole discretion. It is your responsibility — not the Company's — to determine whether online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of Services, you must register a Member account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Seri333 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Seri333 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of its members. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on withdrawal functionality. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Seri333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.
All deposits to and withdrawals from your Seri333 account must be made through payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal compliance review. Standard processing times for DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically within minutes to a few hours; however, requests flaged for additional review may take longer. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and per account tier. Current limits are displayed in the account management section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted at the Company's discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other activity inconsistent with the Company's compliance obligations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through Seri333 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotional terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for completion will be clearly stated for each promotion. Failure to fulfil wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Members may only participate in one active promotion at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorisation constitutes misuse and may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
Seri333 reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; or providing false information in connection with a promotion claim.
Tier-based birthday bonuses and loyalty programme rewards are subject to the Member's current VIP tier status at the time of the qualifying event, and to the specific terms communicated within the loyalty programme documentation. These bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the Platform.
Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own individual rules, which are displayed within the game interface or associated help documentation. It is the Member's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
Game outcomes generated by the Platform's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by live dealer operations are final and binding. The Company's decision regarding any disputed outcome shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 7.4 below.
In the event of a software malfunction, network error, or other technical fault that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, the Company reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Member's account. No compensation shall be payable for any claimed losses arising from technicalaults beyond the direct wagered amount.
Any dispute regarding a specific game result or transaction must be raised with Seri333 customer support within 14 days of the event in question. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. The Company will investigate disputes in good faith and communicate the outcome to the Member within a reasonable timeframe.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Seri333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content available on the Seri333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, game interfaces, software code, and trademarks — is the property of the Company or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes as a registered Member. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from the Company.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the Seri333 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
In summary: we collect only the data necessary to provide our services and comply with our regulatory obligations; we do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes; all data is stored with industry-standard encryption; and you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Subject to applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves risk. The Company shall bear no liability for any gambling losses sustained by you in the course of using the Platform. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and that you assume full responsibility for your wagering decisions.
You may close your Seri333 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for cause, the Company may void all bonus balances. Real-money deposits may be returned at the Company's discretion following investigation. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 11, and 15.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable under the jurisdiction of the Company's licensing authority.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable licensing framework. The Company's decision on all game-related disputes, made in good faith following investigation, shall be considered final for operational purposes.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local law provisions.
